'A rare, hidden gem'
Great for families
Sainte Foy is a great place for families as it has quiet, well groomed pistes that are fantastic for beginners. There are well respected ski schools with quality English speaking instructors teaching private and kids group lessons.
There are 2 nursery slopes and plenty of steady blue runs snaking through the forest.
Unrivalled skiing for all abilities...
Ste Foy's skiing area with its north-west exposure enjoys good snow cover throughout the season. Its 23 pistes offer something for everyone from making your first turns on the beginners slopes to tackling one of the challenging black runs . Ste Foy is also famous for some of the best off piste skiing in the area with its stunning and unforgettable scenery: Popular routes include the listed village of Le Monal with spectacular views across to the glaciers on Mont Pourri. The north face of Fogliettaz is one of the best loved off-piste routes, much favoured by local mountain guides because of the quality of the snow which lasts long after other routes have been skied-out.
